Wei began his real estate career at the start of 2010 while still in school, completing his undergrad at University of Toronto. With nothing to lose, he began investing every dollar he made from his sales back into his business and his clients. It was all or nothing. Wei became one of the top 5% in Century 21 Canada year over year since 2015 and rose to top 1% in 2021, ranking him as one of the top 100 agents across the country, receiving the Centurion & Grand Centurion award, respectively. He oversees the daily operation of his real estate team. His extensive real estate background includes new home/condo sales, residential/rural properties, commercial and land, making him a well-rounded Broker to ensure his clients are well looked after regardless of property type. He has established two privately owned satellite offices, and ten corporately owned offices to serve his clients.
Wei moved to Georgina in the latter half of 2010 in his early twenties, from a very humble beginning. Not knowing anyone in the community, he was determined to meet as many people as he could—he immediately felt “at home.” He was welcomed by many with open arms. Many of those connections he’s made have continued to grow to this day. The friendship and support he’s gained along the way gave him a boost to help him get to where he is today. Wei credits the support of the Georgina community for much of his continued success.
Giving back is tremendously rewarding, but feeling the love from the community wherever he and his team goes is really something that takes them by surprise every time. Knowing they’re able to help people through fundraising events, bottle drives, food drives, toy drives, and many other community initiatives truly shows how supportive this community is towards one another. Two of the local charities Wei and his team regularly support are Shades of Hope Wildlife Refuge and Sandgate Women’s Shelter. He’s a huge animal lover and a huge advocate to help those in need.
Wei and his team gives it their all in everything they do, often spending months in advance planning and organizing to immerse themselves in various community initiatives. Lending a helping hand has become part of their DNA, a loving, compassionate, and genuine real estate team who truly cares. Seeing the end result of their efforts, the smiles on people’s faces, and what they’re able to contribute to local charities is really what keeps them inspired, knowing they are constantly creating lasting memories.
