Dedication. Hard work. Commitment. Kathy van Nostrand understands the meaning of these words, in action! This mother of four started her CA practice from her home office while raising four children. That same firm has grown over the years to a staff of seven. When Kathy decided to train for a two-day ride to fight cancer, it was no wonder that she demonstrated the same commitment to success. Training from January to June, she cycled 200 km from Toronto to Niagara Falls to conquer cancer, and raised $5,000.00 to battle this deadly disease. Kathy continues to contribute to the Aurora community as Past President of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson for the Huronia Chapter of the Certified General Accountants of Ontario, and as a volunteer at Alanon and Alateen.
